Welcome to Gossiping Since Birth COMMUNICATION. Learning to communicate is the most valuable thing you will ever learn! Most people think communication comes naturally. The truth of the matter is…useful communication must be learned. That is what I am here to teach you. I am a mom of three teenagers, Rachel- 13, Renee-16 and Jared-19. Parenting has been a fun positive experience for me and my family. People would always tell me when they were young “just wait until they are teenagers!” I always thought that was a sad and negative comment. What a horrible assumed falsity! Well….my kids ARE teens and we have a blast! In fact I take in other teens that have nowhere to go. I guarantee if you communicate with your children from day one and continue that through their entire lives…..life will be sweet and rewarding. Not to mention they will be stable, smart, well rounded and productive individuals contributing to society. Since the age of 4 I have possessed a natural instinct and knowledge of the dynamics of children. It has always come natural to me. My purpose is to teach YOU the parent how important communication with your child is. Every child is unique in their own way which requires you to have the knowledge and tools to ensure their success in their own lives. New parents tend to think their social lives are going to END the minute their baby arrives. NOT TRUE! Slings are an excellent way to multi-task, keep up with your social life and bond with your baby. I offer a Sling Education class. Don’t let recalls scare you into thinking using a sling is dangerous! Not if you know how to use them properly!! From day 1…Dunstan Baby Language lets you communicate with your infant. They are telling you what they need! Hungry, sleepy, need to burp, have gas or just plain uncomfortable. From about 6 months…You and baby have worked out a routine. In a few months baby will start to develop motor skills that moves them to another form of communication. Speech is coming but not fast enough! Baby Signs is what will help you at this point. They will be far less likely to have fits of frustration because they will be able to use those new motor skills to communicate. After that comes POTTY TRAINING. Don’t be afraid! I have a class for that to!
